The hotel's location is favorable and great, right by the airport and Greer. the room is reasonably priced and big with a microwave, TV, and duvet. - A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge are a nice touch.

perfectly clean unit with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. paid us$ 151. particularly good setting, really close to greenville, and the airport. also, in the middle of jackson.

Hot water heater broke. First day they did nothing. Next two days they said they were trying to fix. It was still out the next day; I was gone. Neither the owner nor the chain offered anything for the inconvenience.

Stayed in a king room I booked online, which had all the amenities I needed like a TV, cozy duvet, and microwave 📺. the room also had a microwave, coffee and tea makers, as well as a fridge 🍵. Really had a great time here with everything provided!.

I saw an improvement from last year with new paint. The hotel lobby & room seemed cleaner. Breakfast was good.
This is petty, but the light fixture over the sink & picture on a wall were extremely crooked and of course bolted to the wall. I would provide a level to the maintenance person. Paint job in room was sloppy.

The location was great, with Ford Park just a 10-15 minutes' walk away. the room was nice, clean, and made me feel comfortable. It was convenient to have a TV, refrigerator, shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets in the room.

We have stayed here several times due to location being convenient to our children's home. Loved the staff especially Lisa and Heidi.Very helpful and friendly.
Never able to connect to wifi. It was important to me to stay connected to family back home in Michigan.

Got put in a smoking room and the smell was horrendous and was never given an option. Exercise equipment was old and didn't work. Outside the hotel was not clean.
